About the Books

I published my first book, Biodiesel Power, the passion, the people and the politics of the next renewable fuel in 2005 with New Society Publishers. My favorite review of it called it a "love story." I went on to publish four more books with New Society. They are a small activist press out of Canada. I love those folks.

I have contributed something--from a foreword to a blurb to a chapter to a mention in all of the books in the photo.

I love books. I like reading them, and I like looking at them on the shelf. Each book in my library holds a memory for me--especially this collection.
